We call them "the 6-step process", discover them all step by step.
Planning
Planning and scheduling are the foundation of any solid project. First meeting: definition of the line, target, marketing and budget.
Design, formula development and sampling
Selection and fine-tuning of the formulas in accordance with what is indicated in the planning report. Preparation, verification and acceptance of the relative sampling.
Execution of essential tests: stability (chemical and microbiological) and skin compatibility (mandatory safety test: Challenge Test UNI-EN 150 11930/2012). In vitro or in vivo efficacy test (to ensure a claim to the cosmetic product according to EU regulation 655/2013): it will be conducted by Italian university institutes, with which we are honored to collaborate.
Packaging technical consultancy
Definition of the packaging according to the formula, the reference target and the available budget.
At the headquarters, our Partner will be able to analyze and select the most suitable primary packaging.
Regulatory support
Our Internal Quality and Regulatory division will, on behalf of our Partner, register the references with the single European portal for cosmetics (CPNP) and draft the dossier (PIF) according to EC regulation 1223/2009.
He will take care of the elaboration of the texts to be reported on the packaging in accordance with the EU cosmetic regulation 655/2013.
Production
Product line production. The finished product bulk in the compounding area will pass to the primary and secondary packaging area. Then packed and shipped.
Post sales support
Our Marketing division made up of programmers, web-designers and social managers will support and follow, if agreed, the positioning of our Partner's brand on a daily basis in order to protect their investment.
